Can you please give us some general information about your career so far and how you came to take on the job at SEAM Tyre?SEAM Tyre was established in Taiwan in 2006. The factory originally manufactured only smaller sized tires and now we have multiple factories spread across different locations to widen the product portfolio. The company now deals with the production of a full range of tires. The size of the tires produced ranges from 12 inches to 24 inches and the company now makes both winter tires and summer tires. Where do you source the tires from? We source our tires from Taiwan and China. The factories there are equipped with the state-of-the-art machines and use the most advanced production technologies. The Middle East is a market in which customers are very conscious about both price and quality. Why should customers in the Middle East prefer tires from SEAM Tyre to tires from other brands?We endeavor to customers receive the highest level of assurance regarding the quality of the tires that they purchase from us. This is why we offer a one year/80000 kilometers warranty. Our tires are also priced very competitively. Customers get value for money when they buy new tires for their vehicle. Our tires are of such high quality that there is minimal road noise and they also help maximize fuel efficiency. Customers can get relatively higher mileage for a full tank of petrol.In addition to the UAE, which other markets do you distribute tires?We have a presence in more than seventeen countries across the globe. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Portugal, Georgia, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and Russia are just a few of the markets that we have a presence in.Which are the most popular tires for passenger cars that SEAM Tyre sells?The SUV tires and the tires we have for use in the desert are really popular.In addition to the sale of tires, do you offer any value added services for customers like tire alignment, rotation etc? Yes, we have established a multi-brand tire service station in which we offer alignment, rotation and all kinds of tire services.Tell us more about our distribution network. What support do you extend to your distributors in terms of training and education?There are currently around 400 retail outlets in the UAE that stock and sell tires from SEAM Tyre. In terms of marketing support, we provide all kinds of support for marketing the tires, such as signboards and work attire for the employees.
